It was pretty slick at around noon with a few sloppy spots. Nothing horrible but definitely wetter than I expected it would be.

We had some snow and rain in the past 36 hours, has the loop dried up? I want to ride Friday morning but don't want to clean my bike. :-?

When I rode Monday, it was dusty. I can't imagine any amount of rain or snow we got could have hurt it, although I haven't been home since Monday, so I don't know how much precip we got.

I'm rolling the Brook tonight so I'll find out.

I rode from home and did a full loop of everything except Foote.

Am I crazy, or is there an insane amount of deer this year.

I saw more deer than people.

Deer = 52 million
People = not a one

Me thinks the mild winter kept their mortality rate down.

Rode skunk and the main loop on Saturday. It was ridiculously dry, I'm pretty sure the calendar is wrong and it's really August and not April.

Only saw a few people there too, was surprised it wasn't busier considering how nice it was.
