That's a bummer. I can see how that would happen though. the upper entrance on Ridge is a little less obvious. I hit it from the lower entrance on Ridge and its right at the top of a slow steep climbing left hand turn, so it was easy to see.

We parked up top at the summit and then rode to the bottom of Bova and were picked up.

The park has ordered signs and will put them up.
After the Raccoon Rally has used it, it should be easier to find.

Google Map of the new trail, and existing trails, is in
this website article
.
I think the trail came out pretty well. That google map also has the approved route of the 8 miles of more singletrack yet to be built. That will be a heavy lift, but we will get it done. The goals is to make this area as much of a singletrack mecca as Golden Hill at a minimum, and approaching the Rock City/McCarty Hill network.
And combine this with the 8 more miles we have approved near Quaker, and the existing Willow Creek and Morrison Trails in the adjacent National Forest, and the planned Jake's Rocks network , this area will be a total singeltrack destination, from Ellicottville to Warren.

At the top of Park Rd is the XC Ski center. You can park there and trails are across rode with signage and maps all over; except for new single track. That is off Ridge Trail. It was easy to find though
