Hunter's was bone dry today. Even that trail that runs from the main road by the pipeline to the top of Mirkwood was reasonable. I rocked Mirkwood for the first time this season...very nice!

Trails are good for the most part.

Beware of the incredibly slippery creek bottom though. Unless you have studded tires, if you try to ride across the creek, you'll be carrying broken bits of your shattered elbow out of there in a sandwich bag :o

The 1970's: No knee pads, helmets, brakes, or over cautious soccer mom's. It's just how we rolled...

Rained all night in Alden Monday night, and friends in East Aurora said it did the same there. With the amount of water in the street in front of my house I wouldn't think of riding the next day or 2.

phunt6, to be clear, I think Jon was implying that the trails will likely be too wet to ride considering the precip that fell Mon night & Tues. morning.

Rode Monday around 5-530, and like superbee said it wasn't that bad. There was only 3 wet areas/puddles I saw. Going again today after work, will let you guys know how it is.
